If written consent is not mandatory by law, a citizen may express their consent to the processing of personal data by any means, including by providing an electronic confirmation.

The processing of personal data by the Operator means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
The Data Subject provides consent for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
- Identification of the Data Subject;
- Registration in the «WEB NB-PRO» Service as part of the services provided by the Operator;
- Enabling the Data Subject’s participation in programs where the Operator acts as the Organizer, provided the Data Subject has voluntarily expressed intent to join such programs;
- Processing payment for the services provided by the Operator;
- Data analysis to improve the quality of the Operator’s services and develop new features;
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory acts, as well as decisions, instructions, and requests from government authorities and persons acting on behalf of such authorities.
The Data Subject provides consent for the processing of personal data, including the transfer of personal data to the following third parties:
- Employees of the Operator and individuals involved in the development (including modifications) of the Website and providing technical and other support for the Website, as well as Employees of the Operator and individuals directly involved in providing services to the Data Subject on behalf of the Operator;
- YANDEX LLC within the framework of using the Yandex.Metrika web analytics service regarding cookie files (IP address, browser and operating system information, pages viewed, visit duration, and other anonymized parameters);
- Google LLC within the framework of using the Google Analytics web analytics service regarding cookie files (IP address, browser and operating system information, pages viewed, visit duration, and other anonymized parameters);
- The owner of OOO «WebForm» (website https://stepform.io/) within the purposes of personal data processing specified by the Operator and in connection with the Operator’s use of stepform.io contact forms;
- Telegram Messenger Inc. within the purposes of personal data processing specified by the Operator and in connection with the Operator’s use of the Telegram messenger.
The Operator does not engage in the dissemination or cross-border transfer of personal data.
The Data Subject has the right to submit a request to the Operator to clarify their personal data, or a demand to block or destroy them if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
This consent is valid for 3 (three) years from the date of its provision by the Data Subject.
This consent may be revoked by sending a written notice in free form to the Operator’s postal address or by sending an email to the following address: info@webnbpro.com. In such a case, the Operator shall cease processing and destroy the Data Subject’s personal data within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the corresponding revocation notice.
The Operator implements necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Data Subject’s personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.
In the event of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data by the Data Subject or their representative, the Operator retains the right to continue processing personal data without the Data Subject’s consent if grounds specified in Clauses 2-11, Part 1, Article 6, and Part 2, Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, exist.
